Grumpy people can wreck your whole day if you let it. So when i come upon a grumpy person i try to cheer them up. A lot of them are just looking for somebody to vent to so if you have the time to listen then do it. You have no idea how many people out there have absolutely nobody to talk to and that may be all they need.
