theyre called tosti's in the netherlands. there are many varieties.

tosti met kaas (grilled cheese sandwich)
tosti ham en kaas (grilled cheese with ham)
tosti haway (ham cheese and pine apple.
tosti peanutbutter
tosti banana

and so on and so on. any cafe and most bars serve tosti's. and theyre usually priced around 3-5 euros a piece. sometimes theire served with ketchup on the side.
