cub scouts or football?

Wow, that's a tough one. They can both serve well as a lesson of responsiblity, commitment, etc. Do you feel as though your child is athletic? Can he do both?

Ooh! Tough one!

I like the football idea, but then I'm kind of biased because I've always been athletic. He'll learn good lessons in cub scouts, but he'll learn good ones in football too (if he has a good coach, that is). Plus, football is something that he could carry into high school.

You have a big decision on your hands! Talk to your son about the pros and cons of both. I'm sure y'all will come up with a decision soon!

If those were my only choices I would choose football also I would ask my child what they were interested in...

Whichever one my child wanted...if he wanted both, then I'd let him do both.
