OK, so for the past week and a half, I have had the feeling that I'm going to start my period, yet it's not due for another week and a half. It's a constant low pressure feeling in my lower abdominal area. It can get to wear it feels like if I don't run to get a pad, I'm going to bleed but there's never anything there. And sometimes, when I lay on my stomach to sleep, it's uncomfortable. What could this be? Any ideas would help. I don't think an infection but how could I tell? Thanks!

No constipasation, or diarrea. No heartburn, and I've thought about everything I've eaten and there's been no change from before I started getting this feeling.

And I have had my period for 12 years now and have never had this feeling.

I've never felt this way while ovulating before. Does it start after some time or something?

Maybe you are ovulating? Some women feel a little "pang" on one side when their egg is being released. Have you seen any white milky discharge?
