Cho Wares? Kust Jidding. Becuase what one person see's as a significant question, someone else may find it trivial. The importance is in the eye of the reader.
They get their 2 points, but usually never the best answer. If you get the same person earning 2 points on eveyone of your questions, block them.

Well I was GOING to answer with a "Who Cares?!" but many other people have done that.
I think the real reason is, that the question seems unimportant or not serious to the asker...
