ladies, if you went for a complete physical then a few weeks later you got a letter from the doctor telling you the results from your pap test came back and they needed to speak with you, would you call them back to find out what its about?

Yes, but be aware its likely you won't get the answers over the phone. Many doctor's offices are barred in the US now from discussing test results over the phone. It doesn't mean your results are abnormal--btw. So don't WORRY until there is reason TO worry. Just be aware--they are doing their job and not giving you info over the phone to protect your privacy. yes def! they might need to do a biopsy which isnt bad, an to make sure you dont have abnormal cells, or maybe you do, which they can get under control and your body can fight more of it off! Def give them a call!
