Look pal, they're called CHIPS, OK? Us Americans insist that the world speak and act exactly like us, OK?
Now that I have either amused or antagonized you, I'll give you an answer: YES!! Here in the US, we know how to open a bag of CHIPS. That's why we are the fat, arrogant bastards we are! That is why we are in poor health and paying sky-high health insurance premiums. Until recently, Americans thought that Trans-Fats was a special bus for obese persons. We have stretch pants and soft 2-ply toilet paper to accommodate our glut of junk food. We wash it down with sugary soft drinks, and wipe our greasy fingers on our clothes while dusting the crumbs from our chips.
P.S. - Be careful about saying the word 'explode', as our homeland security brainiacs may label you as a terrorist! If there's one thing we obsess more about than food, it's fear of terrorism.
Cheers and please take this answer in the humor intended!
