Any CPU conforming to the
"Socket 462 AMD Sempron™, Athlon, Athlon XP, Duron FSB 333/266/200MHz" range of processors.

The fastest processor you could put in that motherboard would be an Athlon XP 3200+ running at 2333MHz.
