I don't, the last time I was weighed I was at a Dr.'s office. I don't worry about my weight, if the pants fit a little snug, I walk an extra mile or two, do extra pilates or cut back on a couple of meals. I don't worry about it, because I am who I am and I am one hot mama!!!(at least my hubby thinks so!)

I have a scale in my room. I used to weigh myself constantly. Than I got discouraged especially when I ate a lot. So now I weigh myself probably twice a month.

I refuse to weigh myself nowadays.
The last i was weighed was wheni was at the end of my pregnancy and i couldnt tell ya what it was.
I think alot of people worry to much about weight.
Bottom line if you eat the right amount of food that ya body needs and ya get enough exercise what does it matter how much you weigh!
