Thouhg I love Wolverine, I think it ultimately goes to Predator for his ability to be unseen. Though Woofy would give him a fight.

Wolverine.
His healing factor and adamantium skeleton would overcome the Predators weaponry.
His sense of smell and hearing would allow him to track the alien.
If Arnold Schwarzenegger and Danny Glover could beat them then certainly Wolverine could beat one.

If predator is allowed his 'evnergy' weapons - he wins.
Hand to hand (or blad to blade) - Wolverine wins

WOLVERINE EVEN THOUGH THE PREDATOR CAN BECOME INVISIBLE WOLVERINE CAN STILL SMELL HIM AND WITH HIS HEALING POWER HE CAN EASYLY DEFEAT THE PREDATOR
