Plug the dongle into a USB port.

If it does not work you may need to press the 'connect' buttons on the mouse and the dongle so that they see each other.

Make sure that you have good batteries in the mouse.

It all looks good personally though I would spend a bit more and get a 700 Watt PSU just to be safe and also if your going to be on wireless internet I suggest getting a wire mouse instead of wireless or the signals interfere with each other also whether you go wire or wireless mouse make sure it has 5 buttons on it so you can macro game abilities to it

Your mouse will have a connector called the 'USB" connector along with it just plug it to a point at the back of your computer or even in front, every computer comes equipped with a whole bunch of USB ports nowadays.
