It probably sounds like a buddhist monk who is coming down off of a opium high. I heard that hymn so much as a child that any way that its played beside the correct way sounds good. If someone came out with a rock and roll or rap version that would be really cool.

Well, I certainly cannot imagine it sounding any worse than it does forwards which is true of most of his recent stuff.
(I must admit that I like Summer holiday, The Young Ones and similar but nothing he has done in the last ten or so years.)

It goes for all his tracks, his CD's actually sound better in the microwave on high power for 3 minutes where they produce an amazing "metal in the microwave display" that lights up the skys of my town.

i doubt theirs any 'back tracking' in the song .. which is why people play them backwards isnt it ... subliminal messages ?
