No, as far as we know moon doesn't have any natural satellites (moons) of its own.

The moon may have had its own moons orbiting it as may the earth may have had more than one moon. moon's about a moon orbiting a planet are all so moons orbiting a planet.these have been assimilated by the moon and the earth to establish the situation we have now.

To answer your 2nd question: There certainly are natural satellites orbiting the moon. It would be most strange if there weren't any.

I guess if you were on the surface of the moon, you might consider the earth to be its moon.
I know of no other objects orbiting the moon.
