I cant get to the battery to conect jump leads. Distance to be moved only 15 yards.

yes its ok to move it ,it wont hurt anything on it,make sure you have some help with it,it might be hard to push or move,good luck with it.

No problem at all. Only difficulty with automatic transmission is that you can only tow it at slow speeds to avoid damage.Handbook usually tells you what speed but somewhere in the region of 15mph is the limit.
Don't push too fast! LOL

yep it will be ok to move. put it in N and push to where you want it..... You may need to start the car to get it out of park and into N .. but oit wont damage the trans just moveing it
