I would be very tempted to name the place, "The Chicken Ranch." This is very double entendre, for there was a "famous" house of pleasure in Texas named just that. It served as the subject of a popular Broadway musical, "Best Little Whorehouse in Texas" about 25 years ago. The musical just finished a very good revival starring Ann Margarite about 3 years ago.
