i need to find a dorothy costume by wed. i've tried many online stores but they're all sooo expensive...any suggestions.. thnx :-]

White or off white blouse with puffy sleeves, blue and white checked jumper. You might try thrift stores if you want it cheap.
Bring a picture with you and actually ask the staff there if they've seen anything like that in their store. It might be hiding in the back. You might be able to find a dress with the right material and modify it.

Try your larger local party stores. Also at this time of the year the temporary Halloween superstores open and they carry tons of costumes.

i seen it at tj max, and it was so cute and not very expensive either also we have a halloween express where i live im not sure if you do but they have everything you want and ive seen that costume there, good luck!
