I have lost mine but know my last shot was on July 11. Does anyone have a chart that shows July 11 and when my next one is due?

Thanks Terri, but I do know all of the risks involved with Depo. This will not be my second shot. I've been on it for a little less than a year. I have severe periods and this is the best method of BC that I have found not only for the BC part of it but the help it provides with my periods. Thank you though!

Count twelve weeks from July 11th and make an appointment for that date.
Also, Please research this shot more before you get the second one. http://www.rateitall.com/t-330-birth-control-methods.aspx is a great place to read about BC reviews, especially depo (also google "depo provera lawsuit").

Week 10 for you is Sept.19, so as of next wednesday you can get your next shot. Week 13 will be Oct.10.
