First just find a quiet,secure(with a door and lock etc.).Like a bathroom if you have siblings or nosy parents.Or you can do it in the shower.Next get some lubricant(like vaselin,lotion,or antibaterial soap).Then go to your quiet,secure place and add the lubricant to your penis.And hold your penis not too tight and move your hand up and down shifting but not too fast.Do this until there is a very good feeling called an orgasm.Then your done.
