go to http://www.LocoDomains.com and select transfer

change it at the registar such as godaddy or network solutions, do a whois lookup on the domain if your not sure. if you registered it you should have a login for the registar to change it. Basically all you need to do is change the DNS servers. It takes a few hours so i would setup with the new hosting provider first
