Hardwood floor?

My hardwood plank flooring is a about 15 years ols, the finish is fair, slitghtly scratchy and dull in some areas, and very creaky and there are obvious loose plangs and otheres that appear to have not seal between it and the next one. What can I do to make my floor look good again. And is it expensive?

i definitely would not tackle this one by myself. call a professional, because by the sounds of it you may also have some subfloor issues, and your floors tongue and groove joints are probably broken.

not if your a DIY, person it will have to be sanded and refinished, check the phone book for floor refinishing out fits,
