Hoping perhaps to publish it after the investigation winded down? And they went into high profile news coverage because "if they'd seen the Pope, they can't be guilty"? Kate comes out as a cold blooded player, intent on covering up negligence and taking profit from the dead daughter.

Cinicism like this is unbeliavable. That's what Kate is counting on.

it's a shame for Kate a movie as already been made about a 4 year old girl that went missing .... and guess what , her name was Madeleine .....

I wouldn't buy her book if she published the diary, thats just making profit out of a terrible event and I don't think that is very ethical. I really hope she doesn't write a book, we've all seen and heard enough about it now, afterall Gerry wrote a daily blog for the world to see.

She won't say its for profit, she'll say that she wants to raise awareness of child abduction and give her side of the story etc etc. But aren't most of us already aware of child abduction? Don't most of us do our best to keep our children from harm? Don't we already know what her side of the story is?

Well the fact that news came out with the diary thing before the police got it tells me it is useless. If there was anything in it there isnt anymore.

i believe in her diary she wrote she struggles with the twins maddie is hyperactive and gerry doesn't help well i feel so sorry for her i don't think, there are young girls out there lone parent has to do everything themselves but just get on with it kate should stop her winging and should never have left them babies alone i have never done that
