How many women would be comfortable with their husbands staying home to take care of the kids & house. I would love to, however I'm in a line of work where I make more money than my wife. She is looking for something that will paymore so this may come true for me.

I think that's awesome! I am on my way to medical school and I would love to have a stay at home dad as a husband. I think it's so sexy when a man is comfortable with his masculinity and is willing to challenge gender roles. Go for it! Times are-a changin'

I have no problem with a guy wanting to be the house husband...as long as the wife is making as much or more in order to support the family. Hope your wife finds something so that you can stay home with the kiddos. It can be a tough job but as it many rewards!

I would love it... so long as it would be the same if she were to stay home... As in, clean House kids taken care of (if there are any) and things like dinner ready when she gets home. We were raised that if you stay at home, thats your job. Clean, kids, and cook.

What a great person you are, my ex wouldn't lift a finger to help me around the house, I worked 45-50 per week, this is one of many reasons why he is the EX !!

i stay at home for about 3 weeks while i was out of work and i absolutely HATE IT it sucks to be a house husband

I wouldn't be comfortable with it. He is horrid at doing laundry, his idea of clean and mine are totally different and he is a procrastinator, so nothing would get done. lol I am positive he would be good with the kids, but the rest, not so much.
