get the largest and longest brand of maxi pads...im not sure exactly what theyre called (super, ultra big, idk?) but just go to the store and try to find a maxi pad that seems to look like it is the biggest (make sure it has wings by the way) and buy like 3 packs of them just to be sure.

i reccomend using maxi pads because in my opinion they work much better than kotex pads (i think maxi pads are thicker). because your flow seems really heavy you really shouldnt be using the normal kinds of pads, try using a bigger size.

idk if your parents would be ok with it but birth control does make your periods shorter and lighter. try asking them about it cuz it seeems like it could help you.

Get super absorbancy pads. You might want to consider tampons, they'd get rid of the warm and wet feeling.

ON another note, if you haven't already, you may want to talk to your gunocologist just to make sure that there isn't an underlying problem.(like fibroids) Plus, if you were interested he/she might prescribe birth control pills, which would probably make you bleed less.

seems such as you're purely having an extremely heavy circulate, this is no longer a extensive deal yet purely save an eye fixed on it and in case your following few sessions get even worse and the blood circulate is so undesirable which you will no longer locate any pads or tampons which will guard it then talk on your mom approximately possibly seeing a physician or somebody who can propose extra suitable products.

Could you use tampons? Does your gynecologist know that you have unusually heavy periods? That may be nothing to worry about or it may be a sign of fibroids.
