What term is used to describe trades by insiders?

Without saying "insider trading," which connotes unlawful trades on nonpublic information, how do you call normal, lawful trades by directors and officers of publicly traded issuers?

The most common term is "Insider Transactions" these are disclosed to the public. If you were to look up a company on Yahoo Finance that is the term they would use.
