It is hard to hug a terrorist because you can't get your arms around all the explosives they have tied to their bodies...

Since being a conservative "usually" means you are more staunch and less likely to express your emotions through physical means, I would say yes, you wanting to give a hug to anyone a hug period makes you a liberal.

They need Jesus. He taught us to love, even our enemy. God loves them, and so should we...if we are Christians...while hating their sins!!! This is neither Liberal or conservative.
Anyone should be both..."CONSERVE"ative about fundamental standards of God and nature conservation, yet also Liberal toward reforming things that need to be changed!
Just don't hug them PRAY that thy see the light!!!

my momma hugged me and i am a conservative....the terrorist needed the hugs long before they became terrorist, a hug now wont change anything and if you feel a hug now will change them then yes you are a liberal!
