Blu-ray is one of the 2 new competing formats of high capacity DVD coming out.
"How to use" is exactly same way as you use DVDs, watch films, save files (once the burners are affordable) etc etc etc

blu- ray disc are a new disc but the difference between them and dvd's are that a single blu-ray disc can hold upto 16 dvd discs
