I'm just chucking some tunes on the pod for the gym, and having a bit of a shuffle about.

I need some recomendations for some aggresive pumping music to help hammer the weights. Here's a couple of examples of the stuff I'm looking for:

SOB - Nine Thou'

DJ Hyper - We Control

X-ecutioners - It's going down

You get the idea!

Cheers in advance!

I know my playlist gets me pretty revved up for my workouts. It includes Avenged Sevenfold, Bullet For My Valentine, Eighteen Visions, Breaking Benjamin. And, yeah, classics like Pantera and early Metallica are great, too. Some more subdued, but still energetic are Damone, Black Stone Cherry, Theory of a Deadman, and I hate to say it but some of the Nickelback stuff are good, too. Mostly for the guitar riffs.
