Ok. It's a very quiet Saturday morning, and the kids aren't up yet. The only sound is the whir of my computer and the quiet little tap-taps of my laptop sound like rain. The sun has that beautiful golden glow that you only get at this angle, and it lights up the dew on the grass like a zillion sparkling crystals. The air is fresh and cool, and it's going to be a great day.
BTW, beautiful treat: a little cup of pastry made with half whole-wheat flour (and butter), filled with a lovely vanilla custard and topped with fruit (kiwi, mandarin orange segment, banana slice and a maraschino cherry) that has been lightly glazed with sugar and gelatin, so it shines and sparkles in candlelight.
Or gosh, even a Kit Kat is a thing of beauty. We've got a raspberry gourmet KitKat making the rounds this summer -- lovely packaging, lovely taste.

Okay, here's a tip you may find useful, hold the skin inbetween the bottom of your left index finger and thumb and with your right index finger and thumb massage it gently for a few minuets, an odd but good cure for getting rid of headaches.
