i just saw an answer from seebreezecc he stated america has free speach ." you caN critisize the govenment and say your mind with out reprisal.."
do you think this is true.
i bring your attention to Bush's restricted travel orders/list. that restricts both foriegn and US citizens from filght and travel destinations, this if you openly oppose his ideas. there are more than 45,000 and growing names on this list. some of us cant return to America be cause of this list , as we openly speak out against BUSH and the war..
IS THIS FREE SPEACH OR DO I HAVE IT WRONG, WHY IS IT BUSH SAYS, FREE SPEACH IS THE RIGHT OF ALL RIGHT THINKING PEOPLE. WHO AND WHAT ARE RIGHT THINKERS

The advantage of a war time president is that it gives him more power to make rules that Congress would ordinarily shoot down.
But Bush isn't the only one. The Democrats used Viet Nam the same way.

Really? Do you see black helicopters too? Even Bush in a government set up with checks and balances (isn't congress an equal governing institution and a majority democratic?) couldn't have any list like this. The only list is a terrorist list with names of people with active links to known terrorist organizations. The fact that it's only 45,000 names is more disconcerting, there are probably too many the list doesn't include but shouldn't. Cindy Sheehan, by the way, is Bush's biggest critic and has no problems travelling around the world. Don't let facts cloud your opinion though.

Americans have tolerated these appalling last 7 years because, although the cost of living continues to climb, our standard of living, which has a high emphasis on comfort, as opposed to security, continues to be just right for the average American John and Jane Doe.

Free speech in the Constitution is for U.S. States Citizens and it must not insight violence and hatred. Did President Bush make this list? He probably has never even seen it. Going to a foreign country and spreading hate and bashing your country if you are a citizen could also be treason. My question would be why are they on the list? When did he say free speech is for all right thinking people. Try the Constitution for your source for what free speech is.

Um # 1 its speech not speach ! and from the way your tone seems to be I don't want you to travel here either. I don't think its if you oppose him I think its if you mention or comment about bombs or weapons or what you would do to cause harm to someone. I have never seen or heard what you are talking about

Which gov't do you mean - the one in DC or the UN. We have lost our 1st, 4th, 5th, and 6th amendment rights due to globalization and the new world order.
