i am a very angry person and some times have real trouble controling myself in front of my 2 kids, i also smoke mary jane but i don't think this has any thing to do with it (which i only smoke at night, only during the daytime any more. used to tho). i have always been quite an angry person i also suffer with s.a.d.
any thoughts on how to stop being this way for the sake of my family and others around me?

well i think that you should take a look at what you have got going on around you and try to find out the real problem is to what is causing this and deal with it all one step at a time as for the kids take a step back and see just what they think when there dad goes off the handle.and you need to try and talk it out with your family there the only ones that can help you out as they love you .

You need to go away from the situation. I know it's really difficult with young kids but if you can get a second to go out of the room, scream into your pillow or something and then come back then that will probably work the best.
And, if you still find yourself getting angry or stressed constantly then you should try meditation tapes or something. Also, the withdrawal from cigarettes could be making you a bit on edge. You should try to quit altogether.

yes definitely drop the drugs as someone has already said. Do you do any excercise? Reason being excercise releases feel good endorphins which may stop you feeling as angry. The only other alternative to this would be to have sex which does the same.

Look for it.
When it happens step away from your emotions. If you can't step away from your emotions step away from the actions they are asking you to do. If you have the luxury delay until the emotions have cooled a little then resolve the issue.

well, if you want to know for sure if the mj is affecting your ange problem, quite for a while and see if anything changes. Past that, you may need counseling. (and i don't mean via Y!Answers)

I'd drop the drugs for starters. MJ has been proved to cause anger and paranoia (after use).
