You get what you pay for. If you want quality work, you need to pay a quality price. IMO I would not trust a "great deal", especially with something like your breasts.

If you want get cheaper price. You would have travel to Thailand. They do have lot place for breast implants in Bangkok. It around under $2000.
Why you want have breast implants. I hate tell you, most stuffs are pretty dangerous. I recommend to keep your breast nature and save your money.

yes but you would have to travel to california. i know some guy there at the swap meet or the flee market that would do it for that price. ha lol!!! if you really want something like its goona cost you more thin 4000 dollars

I don't know your ages,h out thehs wit but put your self under the nife is really harsh, another thing think about side effects. Another thin I can tell you for a fact that is natural methods that you can add about two cup size withing 3 monts with out side effects and cheaper, it works.
