I am at the office and I am waiting for some university exam results that I should receive in about 2 or 3 hours. I need to chill out before I have a seizure or something similar. How can I do this as I feel extremely sick and have had butterflies in my stomach all day and feel decidedly ill and nearly passed out just now. HELP!!!

Sit back and close your eyes and envision the face of someone you know well. Envision them in detail.
Do this for about 6 different people and try to visualise the details of their faces.

Take a deep breath. Slow your breathing, and find something to do while you wait. Even if it s going to your dorm, and having a beer, wine, warm milk, or what ever you like to drink, and soak in a warm bath.
Just tell yourself that you aced it and relax.

Rescue remedy is great for that, but you may not be able to get out to a pharmacy... perhaps see if someone else has some .
It is natural and very effective.

Three deep breaths.

In through your nose, long and slow. Fill up your lungs.

Hold it for a few seconds.

Out through your mouth, slowly... empty your lungs.

Pause. Repeat.

Try doing some work instead of killing time on the 'puter.
It'll keep your mind more occupied.
