Hi! Sorry.. it's not Rockwell Condensed. The serifs in Rockwell Condensed are right angles and the serifs on "m & m's" are not, they are curved... as well, the top curves are off and the ampersand is completely wrong. Aachen SB Bold is almost perfect for the 'm's' but the ampersand is yet different... it's almost the shape of the one in Archive Kludsky yet the serif flags left. This may have been modified as I've yet to find the exact "&," but those are almost exactly the shapes for your letters. Hope this helped!

Click on the Start button, then click on Control Panel, then double click on the Fonts folder when it opens you can either copy and paste the font files in there or just highlight them and click on Edit and select Copy to Folder, you then search for the Fonts folder again and click on ok.
