neoconservative-christian right social agenda, spend like a liberal but cut taxes like a conservative. That way you appease the middle class and let someone else pay for it in the future.

No, not in a few words.
He says he's a conservative, yet spends money in Iraq and special intrests like gas on a fire. He says he is against abortion, yet for the six years he was in office, and his party (which he is the leader of) was in charge of both houses of congress, no legislation to outlaw abortion was presented. He says he is a patriot, a defender of american values and a supporter of the constitution, yet he has given america it's blackest eye in years with the "legalized" torture program, and ignoring du process for prisoners. He says he is for freedom yet ignores congress and rule of law with his wiretapping program. He has invaded two countries in his two terms and may invade a third in his self appointed "war on terror" and congress seems to be unable to check his powers. This man is dangerous. He has taken a bad situation and made it worse. When the terrorists attacked on 9-11-01 they were from no country and their only base was here in the US. Invading Afganastan was a mistake, just ask the Russians how easy suppressing rebels there is. Iraq was an even bigger mistake, we were seen as enemies before the invasion, now we are invading occupiers.

I'm not even gonna mention national social programs or the disaster in New Orleans.
Whew.
