Such questions make me laugh. Few days back one person was asking the government website regarding the marriage registration in each & every district/state of India now you seek information about the stamp duty rates applicable to registration of property in different states. I agree we have progressed a lot as far as Information & Technology is concerned but for all such information’s we are far behind. No government website exist that will give you this information, just go & check the existing rate in the district of the state from the sub-registrar/tehsildar office & make the payment of the stamp duty accordingly. Next question with regard to government website I suppose will be with regard to court fee to be paid on different court suits in different states!
