Perhaps you misnamed your gods?
Or maybe they are content to watch thier worshipers oppressed?
The peace loving gods are obviously at war to bring about a state of peace that has not yet been achived. In short, thier job is not yet done. It appears that your gods have not started yet or perhaps are unable to do thier jobs.
