i like to write poems and stories, but does it reflect how i really feel that i would hide?

Unless you're writing solely for money and churning out hack pieces with no pretense of depicting reality, EVERYTHING you write should come from within. It's all but impossible to disguise your feelings about a character or an event, even at a conscious level. And subconsciously it's even more difficult.

Yes, poems and stories reflect who a person is. Not really in a literal way, though. For example just because someone writes a story about murder doesn't mean they are a murderer. It's more like this: If you look at a body of work by an author-several of his or her works, you begin to understand more about that person.

No. I think it is more a reflection of how you are feeling at the time. Or feeling about a situation at that time. It's good your even writing . Most people just get on the computer anymore.

no not always and it not just beacuse of your writeing them for money. i know im a published author and all but i wrote poetry before then. i sometimes wrote my inner feelings but i did write 3 or 4 vampire poems that had nothing to do with how i feel or act

You have just shown that there are parts of you that you want to hide...as do we all.
Writing does reveal the author even if only on a surface level in the case of the formula writer.

it can be your really good at feeling something youve never really felt but youre that kind of person who can do that kind of thing.
