Seriously, what has happened to music now? I can honestly say I've never heard a more stupid song in my life. I love hip hop, all kinds of music, but that song proves that we've reached an all time low with the quality of music. Do you agree? Disagree?

I agree. I wish i would have grown up in the seventies and eighties when people were actually using talent to make music. I have played the trumpet for ten years now, and know what kind of music takes talent. When you make a song that says "yeah', and "what", and "OKKAAAYYYYY", it might be good in the club, but has no talent whatsoever in it. I listen to all kinds of music, but my one stipulation is that it has to have some kind of talent in it. But what do i know, these people that make these kind of songs are living in million dollar houses and i'm not. lol So i guess it is whatever floats your boat. But still i agree with you, and wish that we would get some more truly talented singer out there. Christina Aguilara (i prob spelled that wrong) is a truly talented singer. You can take the band away from her, and she can still sing just as good and in tune as if the band wasn't there. That's true talent. Good Question by the way!

Music has not been the same since "Frampton Comes Alive" made the music companies realize they could make huge profits from popular music bought by young adults. It's been getting progressively worse ever since then as music company execs interfere with artists and try to make music fit into a formula that will supposedly sell the most music to teens.

AGREED!!! Most of these people who make millions of dollars for talking while a beat is playing have absolutely no talent in writing.
