No- not with all of the stones on the market prior to the
naming of ''blood diamonds''. Most people don't own
enough diamonds to make it a concern...only the distributors
would have enough stock to be worried.

No you cant get in trouble b/c there is no way to prove a diamond was bought legally, thats the hard part about stoping blood diamonds.
