No. Never. But she is a billionaire and has great concerns in policy and how government proceeds. Plus she is pretty much a humanitarian. Somehow I think she wouldn't want to be #2. She's so full of herself, just look at the way she behaves in public - demanding a bride and her wedding party give up their rooms just for HER, or that a shop owner re-open his store JUST FOR HER or he's a racist.
