Yes they are attracted by gravity, but thermal agitation is stronger

The proof of gravity attraction is pollution of cellars by radon , aver heavy radioactive gas which accumulates in long time closed cellar and can be harmful for health

Yes, the state of matter doesn't matter. Gas molecules possess mass, and are affected by gravity. As the above answer mentions, otherwise Earth would not retain its atmosphere..
