converting to kelvin=
Add 273 to celcius
=29.9+273
=302.9K

to convert to Celcius--

Take Fahrenheit number and subtract 32.
Divide that result by 9.
Multiply that result by 5.
That's the answer.

to convert Fahrenheit to Kelvin--
First convert the Fahrenheit number to Celcius.
Then add 273.15
Thats equals the temperature on the Kelvin scale.

(190/9=21.1 not 29.1)
