Salary deduct? also not get on sheduled day? we cost much K DINARS...not accept realese or leave to other place even cancel visa ,what can we do ?

our employer from k_w_i_. he is miser.he deduct our salary.also noty give at sheduled day.
we want to adjust it.
he is from high family.
may be he use as a key to do such discrimination.
he not accept our resignation.also not accept to leave to an other palce.also he not cancel our visa.
for this question i do expect answer from
kuw___.gentle man or a person who expertise in the field.
pls be away point gamers.
