It was banned because of the double meaning.
Most people think of sports as needing to be family friendly and the AD didn't want some six year old yelling a chant that can be easily interpreted as sexual.

Think of it this way, a little child going to kindergarten running around yelling Stick It In!! The word has different meanings..
