wat can i do to spice up my uniform?

i have to wear navy blue pants or skirt and a white shirt. help?!

Take a lesson from Britney, before she went mad. Roll the waistband of your skirt around to make it really, really short. Unbutton your blouse and tie the two ends together beneath your brightly coloured bra. Wear your hair in ponytails. Suck a lollipop all day long.

Wear bright coloured tanks under your shirt that just show above the last button. Depending on the length of your hair you could wear something bright when you put it up or with clips. Great ear rings would make a difference too. Everything has to be tasteful of course or they won't let you do it.
