Per the question

race = 10 furlong = 10 * 201.168 metres = 2011.68 m
= 201168 cm = 201168/2.54 in = 79,200 ins
= 6,600 ft

which is good, as a furlong is ACTUALLY defined as 220 yards = 660 feet
