I don't want another failed relationship. I want to work hard to make this one work. I don't want to be a person that gets married 3-4 times. I want one woman in my life and that is her. The relationship isn't the same but I want it to be healthy again. She seems to be making an effort to see and spend time with me but its still not the same. help me

sorry Mike I missed part one but you sound as tho you really love her but afraid of getting to close again because she has already hurt you...if you are not married to her.. I say let it go...if she comes back and you found that you didnt want to live with out her then only you will know..gotta run my breakfast is done

Backbones aren't something you get at Wal-Mart, you have to grow your own. You aren't a kid anymore. We can't tell you how to straighten up. You know what you have to do - so just do it. It's called "being a MAN".
