He wanted her to tell him in person that she was leaving him, he wasn't satisfied that she told him on the phone and he also wanted her to bring some shirts that she had of his and he would give her her stuff back. She was to go to his house for a short time. He ended up drugging her, making her sign notes that she owes him lot's of money that she will pay back, when he is the one who owes her money. Then he raped her. My question what's the best thing for her to do? Who should she tell about this?

Go to the police right now, {about the drugs, and raping} and I would also seek the advise of an attorney {about the bogus IOUs he had her sign} I don't think that they could even be brought into court, I can't imagine that they were signed in front of a Notary Public. There are a lot of things that will come into play about this, have her find a way that she can prove that she didn't take drugs before this {drug test from a job or sports physical for school etc.}

the notes mean nothing because they are not notarized... she needs to stay away TOTALLY, no bull crap of "we have to get our stuff back blah blah blah..." it's a game for him... to get her back... she should have put his shirts on the curb of his place...lol! but you can't change that... and if he don't give her stuff back, so what... it's a game to keep the ball rolling... don't let her fall for it... as far as the rape, she can report that...now! =) good luck! =) good riddens to him... she needs to report the rape so he don't make it a habit and go rape someone else...! oh ya, mention the drugging to the police too... make sure she does not talk to him at all... he will try to talk her out of the rape charges... go now to the police... even if she is in school or at work... get her out and go! =)

Its not rocket science go to the police and file a complaint they'll do drug testing to find out what he injected her with , dont you people watch CSI ? or Law and Order?

she should go to the nearest police station and make a case against him for rape, sexual misconduct and fraud... she might not be able to proof that he drugged her but make sure that the truth comes out before it destroyes her entire life...

She should have went to the police the minute she left his house!!!!! She should still go but, it is going to be harder to prove.
