Why, yes they are. Instead, TWO people have to [very easily] team up to give you a violation. I had an acquaintance of mine get two "Report It" hits on his answer, & he was automatically suspended for it.

At first, I thought these new Guidelines were a little consolation from Yahell's isolated & cold nature, & it was their honest attempt towards restoring their reputation in the eyes of their disgruntled users, but I can see that this is only a very small revision [or gimmick, as I like to call it] that doesn't bring a whole lot of improvement. Anyone on here can start a "mafia" network of friends & gang up on any one person they don't take kindly to; it hasn't made me any less paranoid about getting terminated than I was two weeks ago.

Welcome to Yahell Beta!!!

well, maybe Im reading it wrong, but it looks like they have improved the way you report people so that trolls cant just report you over and over and get you suspended for no good reason. also they look at your reputation as well as the reporters and the "computer" generates a decision. Now it has been confirmed to me that it is automated. it still is, but I think its a little cleaned up.

They are the same as they were two years ago. They tried to simplify by explaining a little but still a few ever pay attention to them anyway.
