my granny just rocked in her easy chair and knitted all day long. she could sit for hours doing something so repetious. but she was really grumpy as she got older. if he postman was late she was ready to whack him with a skillet. just wondering. easy come, easy go i say.
but you couldn't pay me enough to knit. and sometimes answering these questions reminds me of granny's knitting. it takes a lot of time and you don't earn any money. i'd best get outside and feed the animals. there is work to be done.

Yo knuckles, wot's wiv da grumpy old people bit. I'm past retiring age but still working. ( Got to make some cash for all the rock concerts I attend) Still wearing denims and kicking a*** and I'm not a bit grumpy. Anymore of it and I'll come round and box your ears young man.
